Caribbean following the World Health Organization’s (WHO) declaration of the Mpox outbreak

Dickon Mitchell, Chair of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and Prime Minister of Grenada, has called for heightened vigilance across the Caribbean following the World Health Organization’s (WHO) declaration of the Mpox outbreak as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) on August 14, 2024.
