Former WAPA laboratory supervisor Carl Potter Jr. filed a wrongful discharge suit against WAPA, St. Thomas laboratory supervisor Randa DeSuza, Water Director Don Gregoire and Water Distribution Director Noel Hodge in March, seeking “damages as they may appear, compensatory and punitive, and for pre and post judgment interest, and for costs and fees, and for such other relief as this court deems fair and just.” An entry of default against all the defendants was entered into the court record on July 29 after the defendants “failed to defend or otherwise plead in the above captioned matter.”
