A Tribute to Service: House approves bill naming St. Croix Post Office After Lt. Gen. Samuel E. Ebbesen in recognition of his distinguished military career

In a significant legislative achievement, Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett successfully spearheaded the passage of a bill through the House to rename a St. Croix post office in honor of a local military legend.

The legislation, known as H.R. 5034, aims to designate the post office at 2119 Market Square in Christiansted as the “Lieutenant General Samuel E. Ebbesen Post Office.”
