35th Legislature Honors Nine Visionaries at Perma Plaque Ceremony

The 35th Legislature, under the leadership of Senate President Novelle E. Francis Jr., held a Perma Plaque Ceremony at the Capitol Building to recognize nine Virgin Islanders for their remarkable achievements and contributions to the territory.
