Alina Habba Attacks Judge After Closing Arguments

Donald Trump's lawyer Alina Habba launched an attack on the judge overseeing his hush money trial after closing arguments were heard in the case.

Speaking to Fox News' Jesse Watters, Habba, who is also Trump's legal spokesperson and isn't representing Trump in this particular case, said that Judge Juan Merchan overruled every objection from Trump's team and called his behavior "unbelievable."

The case is set to determine, as alleged in a criminal indictment, whether Trump falsified business records over payments to former adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep an alleged affair between them secret ahead of the 2016 election. Trump has denied any wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to all 34 charges against him in the case.

Watters asked Habba about the judge overruling objections from Trump's team and sustaining objections from the prosecution. In response, Habba said: "It's unbelievable, I mean you've seen it and the way that the visceral reaction that this judge had when we had our one witness come up and he threw out the press, that kind of anger..."
