Heritage and ‘Morning Braff’ return to airwaves today

The International Morning Braff Show, hosted by Floyd “Heritage” Burnett, resumes broadcasting today, January 15.

After a months-long hiatus, the programme returns to Tola Radio VI (100.5 FM), marking the start of the station’s 10th-anniversary celebrations.  According to a press release from Tola Radio, the show will air at 9am and feature Burnett, also known as HBH Da Don, alongside co-host Ras Rubio and a panel of guests. The programme promises to deliver engaging conversations for its listeners, with discussions involving more than 20 guests, including government officials, artists, and other public figures.  The launch coincides with Tola Radio’s decade milestone, which the station plans to commemorate with various events. These include an eight-week giveaway, concluding on March 15 with a live prize draw during the YOLO Promotions Black On Black Show.

The station highlighted its history of community engagement, noting contributions such as $47,000 towards local music initiatives and annual Christmas giveaways.  The announcement of the show’s return follows recent legal and operational challenges for Burnett. In 2024, Burnett faced a legal dispute with Caribbean Cellular Telephone Ltd (CCT), which terminated its agreement with him over the use of broadcasting facilities.
