Roseau South To Benefit From Eggleston Housing Development

Media Release – Dominica advances to its goal of providing five thousand climate-resilient homes for the most vulnerable.

Local contractors have mobilized to carry out construction works for the new developments rolled out in various locations across the island – one of which is Eggleston.

For phase 1 of the Eggleston Housing Project, MMC Development Ltd has tapped seven local contractors to build sixteen (16) three-bedroom homes.

Each structure is a standalone unit, with the following features:

  • One master bedroom with toilet and bath
  • Two standard bedrooms
  • One sharing toilet and bath
  • Living room
  • Dining Room
  • Kitchen
  • Laundry area
