Sean Kingston's mother bailed herself out of jail after being arrested for fraud and theft

Sean Kingston's mother, Janice Turner, has been released from jail after she and her son were charged with numerous felonious counts of theft and fraud.

Turner, 61, paid $160,000 to bail herself out of Broward County jail near Fort Lauderdale, Florida on May 26.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Turner is currently facing 8 charges, including conducting an organized scheme to defraud, grand theft and identity theft. Turner was taken into custody after SWAT teams raided Kingston's Florida-based 14,000 square-foot home on May 23.

That day, Kingston posted on his Instagram story: "People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!.. my lawyers are handling everything as we speak."
