Toyota Camry Loses Control and Hits Safari, Leaving Nine Injured on Rumer Drive

ST. THOMAS — An accident on Monday evening that occurred near the Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center on Rumer Drive has left nine individuals injured, according to police spokesman Toby Derima.

Mr. Derima reported that on Monday at 5:59 p.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center dispatched officers to Rumer Drive in the vicinity of the Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center to investigate an auto accident. Officers found a red Ford safari and a white Toyota Camry in a collision.
