Walwyn sworn in as Opposition Leader

Sixth District Representative Myron Walwyn has been sworn in as Opposition Leader ahead of the Third Sitting of the Second Session of the House of Assembly on Monday, March 24.

The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by Governor Daniel Pruce.

The move comes after Alliance members—Territorial At-Large Representative Stacy “Buddha” Mather and Second District Representative Melvin “Mitch” Turnbull—submitted a letter to the Governor last week requesting the removal of Ronnie Skelton from the position.

Our news center has reached out to all three members for comment on the motive behind this decision but has not received a response as of publication.
