Woman Loses Control of Vehicle, Dies During Auto Accident, Police Say

ST. THOMAS — A St. Thomas woman died Wednesday morning after losing control of the vehicle she was driving, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima has announced.

According to the news release, on Wednesday at 9:14 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center dispatched officers to an auto collision in Estate Nadir. Officers learned that a female lost control of her vehicle and while exiting it, the vehicle flipped and rolled on the female, causing severe injuries.
