Jan. 22: STT, Jahnni B. Thompson, 23, was shot to death near the Post Office Square on Jan. 21.

Feb. 9: STX. SOLVED. Omari Horton, 30, is charged with the stabbing death of his brother, Rupert Rivera, age 42, on Feb. 8.

Feb. 15: STX, Daniel Sanes, 25, was shot and killed in Aureo Diaz Heights housing community on Feb. 14.

Feb. 26: STT, Omar K. Fontaine, 20, died from multiple gunshot wounds sustained on Feb. 22 in the Bovoni housing community

March 6: STT, Mohammed Salem, 34, faces murder 1 charges for stabbing his father to death on Marh 5. Victim ID’d as Hakem Salem.

March 19: STT, Anyah Smith, 32, is charged with first-degree murder and other crimes for the death of her 9-yearold daughter, Jacqueda Issac. Isaac’s body was discovered on 3/16 at Rumer Road near Vitraco Mall. At the scene, Emergency Medical Technicians concluded the child did not have any signs of life.
