Five teams still undefeated after Week 5 in USVISF’s men’s, women’s Premier Leagues

Five teams are still undefeated through the fifth week of play in the U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation’s men’s and women’s Premier Leagues over the weekend on St. Croix and St. Thomas.

n the men’s Premier League, five-time league champion Helenites Sports Club and Rovers Soccer Club remain tied atop the St. Croix Division standings at 4-0-0 (12 points), while LRVI Football Club (4-0-0, 12 points) took over the St. Thomas Division lead.

Meanwhile, in the Women’s Premier League, the Lady Rovers Soccer Club (4-0-0, 12 points) sits in the lead of the St. Croix Division, and LRVI Football Club Castaways Grey (3-0-0, nine points) holds the top spot in the St. Thomas Division. On Saturday at the Bethlehem Soccer Complex, Helenites SC topped Unique Football Club (1-0-3, three points) 5-1; the next day, Rovers SC shut out Prankton Soccer Club (0-0-5) 6-0 in St. Croix Division play.
