Government House Announces $5 Million in Tax Refunds to Be Issued This Week

1,745 taxpayers to receive refunds filed by May 19, 2022, Gov't House says

Government House announced on Monday that approximately $5 million in tax refunds will be disbursed this week. The announcement came during the weekly briefing held at Government House on St. Croix, shared by Communications Director Richard Motta.

Mr. Motta specified that the refunds will be distributed to 1,745 taxpayers who filed their income tax returns by May 19, 2022.
